4 Health Habits to Begin Today
We have all "put-off" doing things that we aren’t excited about. When it comes to your good health, there is no time like the present!
- Know your weight and your blood pressure. Find out if either is higher than it should be.
- Exercise daily, even if it is only for 5 or 10 minutes. The longer the better and 30 minutes would be ideal. Almost any physical activity can qualify as exercise if it gets your heart rate up!
- Commit to eat healthier. Reduce fast food consumption. Substitute fresh ingredients for prepared foods.
- Think about someone that you love! Let them know! Do it every day! Love is a powerful emotion that positively influences our mood and our decisions!
